New paths in our markets

Confidence is high across all of our markets in Africa Central. Everywhere we look, growth and change are happening at an astonishing pace. Our CEO Survey consistently illustrates the extraordinary confidence of business and government leaders, the majority of whom are far more confident of growth prospects than CEOs elsewhere in the world.

We are not immune to global threats, however. Our activities are increasingly integrated not just within Africa but also with global markets. The Eurozone currency crisis and turmoil in Western financial markets spell trouble for our export industries, the tourism industry and financial services in particular.
